Shine Abdur Razzaque Ansari Institute of Health Education and Research Centre is establisted in the year of 2009 and running under the society name as "ABDUR RAZZAQE ANSARI MEMORIAL WELFARE SOCIETY" registered under the society act.

Shine Abdur Razzaque Ansari Institute of Health Education and Research Centre is a nursing institution and running nursing course i.e. ANM, GNM, POST-BASIC & BASIC B.SC and M.SC NURSING COURSE. Nursing courses are recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi and affiliated to Ranchi University, Ranchi & Jharkhand Nurses' Registration Council, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Society is also running other institution for courses such as Education, Paramedical, Post Graduation in Management and CBSE School.
